The NACOE-ROTC Community supports academic student success by fostering engagement across ROTC units, developing peer-led mentorship, and empowering transformational student cadets capable of leading in a complex world.

Purpose

The NACOE-ROTC Community provides opportunities for engagement between Army ROTC and Air Force ROTC by creating a culture of empowered student cadets capable of maintaining high academic and physical standards while developing leadership skills.

Strategy

Montana State University's Army and Air Force ROTC programs are part of theNorm Asbjornson College of Engineering (NACOE). Students participating in ROTC are also members of the NACOE-ROTC Community. The NACOE-ROTC Leadership Board organizes interactive signature events linking students who are pursuing an undergraduate degree as they simultaneously prepare to commission as leaders in the United States military.
