Because the College of Engineering has very supportive donors, we are able to award substantial amounts of scholarship money. At the college-level alone, i.e., not counting the amounts awarded by the COE's departments, distributed $257,900 for the 2007-08 academic year.

February 1, 2008 is the deadline by which all materials must be submitted.

The college scholarship committee will review applications for scholarship awards for the 08-09 academic year in February 2008. Scholarship recipients will be notified regarding their applications in mid March 2008.

Eligibility for need-based scholarships is determined by the MSU financial aid office, consequently students who wish to be considered for need-based scholarships MUST complete the FAFSA student aid application.  Need-based scholarships will not be awarded to students who have not completed the FAFSA application.
