The LTAP Quarterly Newsletter , LTAP MATTERSis written and edited by Michele Beck, LTAP Graphic Designer. She gathers articles about transportation subjects that are pertinent to the season of the year relative to the newest technology.  Please feel free to submit your ideas or articles, your participation is appreciated.
