Welcome
to the Fall 2007 EE 423
homepage.
EE
423, Control Systems Lab, is a one credit lab course, and a sister course to EE
422, Introduction to Modern Control. While EE422 focuses on theoretical aspects
of digital and modern control theories, EE 423 reinforces the theories with
laboratory experience.

1 cr. LAB 1
PREREQUISITE: EE 321.
-- Identification of characteristics and parameters of physical systems,
hardware implementation of various modes of feedback control on physical
systems, simulation and control application design.
Course Objectives
The primary objective of this course is to provide students with an opportunity to analyze a physical system, design controllers, implement the controllers using electronic devices and evaluate the resulting system performance in terms of tracking ability and step response dynamics.

If you have a documented disability for which you are
or may be requesting an accommodation(s), you are encouraged to contact your
instructor and Disabled Student Services as soon as possible. Students will
be asked to show their “blue card” for special accommodation provisions.
