BACCALAUREATE PROGRAMS

Civil Engineering Option

The primary objective of the program is to prepare graduates for professional practice in civil engineering. After foundation courses in mathematics, science, and engineering mechanics, students complete courses that cover seven areas of civil engineering. Additional professional electives provide either specialization or additional breadth within civil engineering and related fields.

Bio-Resources Engineering Option

The Bio-Resources Engineering Option is similar to the Civil Engineering Option. Students are not required to take a second course in structures and take additional courses in water resources and environmental engineering.

Construction Engineering Technology

The primary objective of the Construction Engineering Technology program is to prepare graduates for project management in the construction industry. After foundation courses in mathematics, science, and engineering mechanics, the curriculum is a combination of technical and management courses. Professional electives provide either specialization or additional breadth in construction and related fields.
