Department of Civil Engineering students have three sources of institutional financial aid.
Montana State University's Office of Financial Aid Services administers federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs. The available aid includes scholarships (primarily available to incoming students), student employment (work study), grants (including Pell Grants), and student loans.
The College of Engineering administers the Engineering Minority Program (EMPower) Scholarship, which is available to incoming students. Additional College of Engineering Scholarships are available to continuing students.
The Department of Civil Engineering also awards scholarships to continuing students. Application is made on the form for College of Engineering Scholarships.
